Role Summary
The Department of Anesthesiology is in search of Board Certified or Board Eligible anesthesiologists. Candidates with fellowship training in Cardiac, Neurosurgical, or Pediatric Anesthesiology are highly regarded, though not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia services across various surgical procedures.
- Mentor and educate residents and fellows in clinical settings.
- Oversee and guide Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).
- Engage in additional responsibilities and contribute to special initiatives as needed.
Essential Qualifications
Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible anesthesiologists. Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgical, or Pediatric Anesthesiology is preferred, with substantial experience in relevant fields being an acceptable alternative.
Desirable Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with fellowship training in Cardiothoracic, Neurosurgical, or Pediatric Anesthesiology. A minimum of three years of significant experience in these specialties is also considered favorable.
