The Senior Admissions Advisor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions lifecycle, from initial contact to enrollment. This role requires a high level of program knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a personalized approach to ensure the right fit for our degree and diploma programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize our student-centered approach to engage with prospective students and guide them through the admissions process.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our programs to deliver superior, branded communications through various channels.
  • Make informed admissions decisions, prioritizing the right fit for our students.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and adhere to regulatory and procedural processes.
  • Contribute to our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, demonstrating sensitivity and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
  • Liaise with other departments to support prospective students in making informed decisions.
  • Participate in recruitment events, open houses, and industry events to represent our institution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of sales experience, recruitment experience, or related experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a high-performance team
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
