Job Overview

The Machine Technical Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery to meet production goals and quality standards. This position is responsible for supporting production manufacturing through root cause analysis and implementation of machine repair countermeasures and recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and reliable functioning of machinery.
  • Improve manufacturing proficiency levels to meet plant goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and operational excellence.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve machine-related issues.
  • Implement machine repair countermeasures and recovery strategies to minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of CNC and PLC systems and programming.
  • Knowledge of Robots and machine automation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Casting, Machining, or Assembly processes.
  • Machines, valves, and vacuum systems knowledge.
  • Ability to promote and carry out the company philosophy.
  • Proven ability to make sound business decisions and exercise good judgment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Basic experience in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.
  • Intermediate experience in Glovia.
Work Environment
  • Standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the workday.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
  • Full Motor Skills.
