  • Utilize imaging technology to create diagnostic images of patients as required.

  • Perform routine maintenance on imaging equipment and ensure cleanliness. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Engage in required meetings and contribute to committees as needed.
  • Enhance professional development through educational opportunities, workshops, and conferences.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to convey information clearly and positively, in line with the CHRISTUS Mission.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure quality assurance, safety, and infection control.

Qualifications:

Education and Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiological Sciences program or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in a radiologic technologist role.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Current state licensure and certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) are required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Work Schedule:
To be determined.

Per Diem, as needed.
