Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the ICU department at Broadway. As a critical care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and care for critically ill patients independently, utilizing advanced clinical skills and knowledge to provide individualized care.
  • Assist with bedside procedures, including RSI, Tracheostomy, and line placement, as well as other diagnostic tests.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR, Omnicell Automated Dispensing Cabinet, Aleris IV pumps, MOOG Feeding pumps, Phillips Patient Monitoring Systems, and Hamilton Ventilator to provide patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a large facility over 200 beds and level 1 trauma.
  • BLS - must be AHA, ACLS - must be AHA, NIHSS, and RN License in a compact state.
  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts, every other weekend and holiday.
Work Environment

The ICU department at Broadway is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with 18 beds and a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment for our staff, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
