At Barnes-Jewish Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. As an IR Tech, you will play a critical role in performing a variety of procedures ranging from central venous catheter placements/replacements to diagnostic angiograms and Y-90 mappings/treatments.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced technologist who can work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Requirements- BLS and ARRT certification required
- C-Arm and Contrast experience necessary
The expectation is that once a week, the agency technologist may be designated to stay past the end of the shift if we have procedures to be completed. Additionally, agency technologists working every 5th or 6th Saturday as needed. This role involves procedural work that may extend beyond scheduled shifts.
