Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Support Specialist to join our team at Univision Communications Inc. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our account executives and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate commercial air times and coordinate ad copy with clients and internal teams.
  • Respond to incoming requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter orders into our system and verify accuracy.
  • Assist account executives with tasks such as pulling avails, linking with historical rates, and creating packages/proposals.
  • Pull daily pre-emption reports and work with account executives and management to resolve make-goods offers.
  • Assist with ADUs posting and pre-posting.
  • Obtain credit approvals and create profiles for new accounts.
  • Follow up with agencies and customers on invoice discrepancies and collections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in data entry and customer service required.
  • Knowledge of Donovan, OSI, Wide Orbit, Marketron, Vcreative, media ocean, matrix, and concur preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) spoken required, written skills preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required.
  • Previous advertising/media experience and exposure to Nielsen preferred.
