  • Develop and maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Nursing Assistant certification (CNA license) and current CPR certification.
  • Minimum one year of documented experience in a healthcare setting.
  • COVID-19 vaccination and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance.
  • Smart phone with internet service and State of California HCA (Home Care Aide) Registration.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull.
