Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the development and implementation of individualized care plans, focusing on evaluating the appropriateness of clinical care, medical necessity, admission status, level of care, and resource management.
- Coordinate activities that promote quality outcomes and patient throughput, while supporting a balance of optimal care and appropriate resource utilization.
- Identify potential barriers to patient throughput and quality outcomes, and facilitate appropriate discharge plans.
- Associate Degree or diploma in Nursing required.
- BCLS–AHA Healthcare Provider certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care hospital nursing experience required.
