**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert hand rehabilitation services to patients, including those with hand-related injuries or conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote optimal hand function and mobility.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in marketing efforts to attract local referral sources and grow the hand rehab program.
**Requirements:**
- Must be a Certified Hand Therapist.
- Current or ability to obtain PT or OT License.
- Must have interest in marketing to local referral sources.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- $80,000 - $100,000 annual income.
- Annual continuing education allowance of $1,500.
