Job Summary and Qualifications
As an Imaging Services Technologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services, including routine diagnostic x-rays, portable x-rays, and fluoroscopy. We are looking for a passionate professional who values patient care and is eager to contribute to our supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire high-quality diagnostic images.
- Accurately scan and document labels.
- Address quality assurance issues promptly.
- Ensure timely release of images to radiologists.
- Verify and enter orders correctly.
- Assist in patient transportation as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Radiology is mandatory.
- Current registration with the A.R.R.T. is essential.
- Certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT) is required.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is necessary.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
