We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sushi Prep/Line Cook to join our team at our Tacoma, WA location. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sushi dishes to our guests.

• Prepare and cook sushi dishes to order
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

• 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
