What We Offer

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with patients and families, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred * Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut required * At least 2 years of experience in acute care nursing required; prior experience in med-surg nursing preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills required; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lift, push, and pull patients weighing up to 300 pounds; may require occasional standing, walking, and bending for extended periods of time
