Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our team in a school district near the Bellaire area. As a Speech Therapist, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other school staff to support the integration of speech and language goals into classroom activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting speech and language assessments under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Implement therapeutic activities and exercises designed by the supervising SLP.
- Provide direct support during individual or small group speech therapy sessions.
- Monitor and document student progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
- Assist in preparing materials and resources for speech therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support the integration of speech and language goals into classroom activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and records.
