Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Twin County Recovery Services Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical and administrative aspects of our out-patient clinic in Columbia and Greene Counties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee training and professional development for clinical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with NYS regulations and maintain high standards of care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as assigned by the Program Director.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a QHP with Clinical Supervision Training I and II completed, 3 years of experience counseling in the substance use field, and 3 years of supervisory experience.

Estimated Salary:

$75,000 - $95,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience.
