Anesthesiology Professional

We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiology Professional to join our team at Allegheny Health Network.

This position provides anesthetic care for patients in the surgical setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anesthesia and excellent communication skills.

• Anesthetic Management: Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement anesthetic management for all patients presenting for anesthesia care.
• Patient Observation: Provide continuous observation of patients under anesthetic care and correct abnormal patient responses.
• Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary healthcare teams, develop performance and quality improvement initiatives, and adhere to legal and ethical standards.

• Licensure: Current PA RN license
• Certification: Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
• CPR and PALS: CPR – American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association
• Clearances: Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate, Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate, Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate

• Previous CRNA Experience: Previous experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist is preferred.

• Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
