Job Title: Fabricator/Mig Welder

Job Summary
Aerotek is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Mig Welder to join our team. As a Fabricator/Mig Welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and operations sheets to determine the appropriate operations to be performed. You will also complete assembly responsibilities, including bending, punching, shearing, drilling, tapping, grinding, burring, and counter burring. Additionally, you will fabricate, assemble, fit, and weld parts as per blueprint specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and operations sheets to determine appropriate operations
• Complete assembly responsibilities, including bending, punching, shearing, drilling, tapping, grinding, burring, and counter burring
• Fabricate, assemble, fit, and weld parts as per blueprint specifications
• Check materials stock/availability per job
• Build prototypes
• Use inspection gages such as micrometers, verniers, and combination squares

Work Environment
This is a first shift position from 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with work every other Saturday.
