Position Overview

The Broker Concierge plays a vital role in managing administrative functions within the office to facilitate daily operations. Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls, managing mail distribution, and warmly welcoming guests upon their arrival.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors as they enter the office.
  • Guide guests to the correct personnel and office locations.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, screening and directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and visitors in person and through phone or email.
  • Sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Order and manage front office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory.
  • Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should possess a positive demeanor, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to service.
