About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Automotive Technician to join our High Volume Service Department at Tate Branch CDJR Artesia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
  • Test and Inspection: Test drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needs and provide estimates of time required for repairs.
  • Warranty Work: Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Certified Auto Technician.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance, fast learner, team player, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills, computer skills, and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
