Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a positive learning environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies to provide innovative care.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
