Job Summary:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, executing physicians' prescribed plans of care and documenting care provided in our system of record.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, as well as conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members are also essential aspects of this role.

Requirements:

  • Must have a good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
  • At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience is required.
  • Current CPR certification is also necessary.
  • Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
