Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services to children, adolescents, and adults suffering from various mental health issues.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment sessions in a safe and supportive environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist).
- Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Child Therapists (open to working some evenings).
- Trauma Therapists (EMDR certified).
- Family Therapists (open to working some evenings).
- Couples Therapists (open to working some evenings).
