Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time evening shift. As an LPN at The Waters, you will be part of an integrated team of professionals who provide community presence and physical, emotional, relational, and care for our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide hands-on care to residents, developing close relationships and leading by example for unlicensed caregivers and volunteers.
- Engage in medication administration and performance of treatments, utilizing your working knowledge of the Home Care Bill of Rights.
- Teach policies and procedures to team members under appropriate direction.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
- Remain calm, kind, and patient during difficult circumstances and emergencies.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing by the state in which the community is located.
- Experience with general nursing and elder care.
