Springboard Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Housekeeping Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our public areas, including the lobby, pool, and other designated spaces.

Main Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all public areas, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures
- Ensure that all public restrooms are clean, well-stocked, and meet our quality standards
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues in public areas

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
