About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser/ Dishwasher to join our team at Mercury's Coffee Co. in Bellevue. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bus tables and maintain a clean lobby and dine-in space
  • Run food and drink orders to dine-in guests
  • Follow guidelines regarding sanitary and safety daily
  • Maintain a clean kitchen and working area
  • Restock inventory as needed, including stickering and labeling
  • Be an expert on Mercury's café menu
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Open availability, including weekends
  • Outstanding attendance and punctuality
  • Reliable means of getting to and from work
