Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Scrub Tech to support our surgical team at the St Louis Multispecialty Surgery Center. This role is essential in ensuring a sterile and efficient environment during various surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation: Receive assignments and prepare the surgical area by performing thorough cleaning and organization of equipment and supplies.
  • Surgical Support: Execute surgical hand scrubs, assist in gowning and gloving, and prepare instruments and supplies for procedures.
  • During Procedures: Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate needs, maintain a sterile field, and manage instruments effectively.
  • Post-Procedure Duties: Ensure proper cleaning and processing of instruments, assist with patient transfer, and prepare for subsequent cases.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited surgical technologist program.
  • Certification in CPR and 0-2 years of relevant clinical experience.
