Job Purpose

Polly's cart attendants play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by upholding our standards of Fresh, Friendly, Above and Beyond Expectations. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove dirty dishes and other items from tables when necessary.
  • Wipe down tables, chairs, and booths to maintain a clean environment.
  • Ensure floors and carpets are free of debris.
  • Empty the trash bin in the designated area.
  • Keep dishes, silverware, cups, and other supplies stocked.
  • Assist servers in taking beverage orders and delivering refills.
  • Pre-buss tables when necessary.
  • Handle special cleaning duties and emergency cleaning situations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and restrooms.
  • Keep the bussing station organized and clutter-free.
