As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for assembling and operating rigging equipment to lift and move heavy loads. Your duties will include loading, transporting, and unloading equipment, as well as selecting and attaching cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and sheaves. You will also be responsible for setting up braces and rigs, and giving direction to crane operators and hoisting engineers. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Assemble and operate rigging equipment to lift and move heavy loads
* Load, transport, and unload equipment
