  • Deliver outstanding service to all patrons.

  • Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant by checking for debris before, during, and after shifts.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of all menu items, including garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods, and be ready to answer guest inquiries accurately.
  • Stay informed about daily specials and features offered by the restaurant.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase the average check amount.
  • Accurately take guest orders, confirm them back to the guests, and input them correctly into the Micros system, ensuring modifications are reflected accurately.
  • Inspect food presentation before serving to ensure quality and freshness.
  • Assess guest satisfaction with food quality shortly after serving.
  • Present checks accurately and promptly, ensuring they are free from errors.
  • Adhere to all cash handling policies and complete end-of-shift paperwork as required.
  • Follow all company policies regarding work procedures and attendance.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge about the hotel and participate in pre-shift meetings.
  • Foster a collaborative and friendly work environment.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned.
  • Comply with the uniform standards set by the company.
  • Be knowledgeable about the bar offerings available to guests.
