About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk - Home Improvements to join our team in Schenectady, NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience processing payroll and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll, ensuring the accuracy of payroll prior to transmittal, and providing employees with enrollment forms for health care plans.

They will also assist the CFO with all accounting duties and respond to employees' questions regarding payroll.


Responsibilities
  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll
  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll prior to transmittal
  • Assist in creating internal documentation for payroll processing
  • Provide employees with enrollment forms for health care plans
  • Respond to employees' questions regarding payroll
  • Assist the CFO with all accounting duties

Salary and Benefits
  • $55k-65k salary
