DiningRD is seeking a qualified Registered Dietitian (RD) for a consulting role, focusing on skilled nursing facilities and behavioral health services. This position can be offered as either a part-time role or a 1099 contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting MDS assessments, specifically Section K and CAA.
  • Documenting nutritional needs for residents identified as high risk.
  • Engaging in the care planning process to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
  • Collaborating effectively with the Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Overseeing the food service department, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards through routine audits.

Qualifications
  • Must hold credentials from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • State licensure is required where applicable.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or long-term care is preferred, though other relevant experience will be considered.
