Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering patient-centered nursing care through a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach.
- Coordinating care for assigned patients to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Providing guidance and support to team members to uphold high standards of quality and safety in patient care.
- Implementing evidence-based practices in accordance with established protocols and policies.
- Working alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient care results.
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to safety standards.
- Utilizing resources efficiently and responsibly.
- Completing annual training and competency requirements relevant to the patient population and unit.
- Participating in performance evaluations and demonstrating the organization’s core values consistently.
Work Schedule:
Days, 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Qualifications:
