As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care in our rural communities. About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity to join our dynamic team as we push the boundaries of healthcare in rural areas. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and performing therapeutic procedures while adhering to strict healthcare regulations. Additionally, you will contribute to community outreach programs aimed at enhancing healthcare accessibility and fostering a culture of collaboration within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care by setting a positive example and providing guidance as necessary.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward them as required.
• Implement clinical protocols outlined by our Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and supervising physicians.
• Comply with federal and state regulations, including working knowledge of health information management issues like HIPAA.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications responsibly, educating patients on continued treatment and care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as incision and drainage, splinting, suturing, managing infections, and wound care.
• Analyze and interpret patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Engage in community outreach programs that improve healthcare accessibility in rural communities.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to onboard and train new employees effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
• Masters Degree in Nursing.
• Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and maintain high standards of professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Company standards of operations.
