Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Waterfront Rescue Mission in Pensacola, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Handling: Process transactions and refunds with accuracy, ensuring keying accuracy and accurate drawer reconciliation per Waterfront Rescue Mission policy.
  • Customer Service: Follow customer service guidelines per Waterfront Rescue Mission policy, providing assistance and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Recovery: Recover store or area at end of shift, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all reasonable job duties as assigned by Store Management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
