Job Title: CT Technologist

Job Summary:

Precision Scans Inc is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury. You will work closely with radiologists to establish protocols and ensure accurate and safe procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and position patients for CT scans
* Select anatomic and technical parameters accurately
* Prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations
* Observe patients during procedures and report abnormal activity
* Monitor protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted
* Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

* At least one year to three years of experience in CT technology
* Level 1 trauma and stroke experience preferred
* CT equipment experience with Siemens and GE
* Licensure / Certification / Registration:
* BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
* Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
* Radiologic Technologist specializing in General Practice credentialed from the Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification Program
* Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred
* Education:
* ARRT CT certified, State of WI license

Work Environment:

* Every 3rd weekend same shift
* Call: none
* Holidays: rotating with staff
* EPIC and GE scanner experience needed
* May float to other sites within 40 miles
