- Master's Degree (MSN)
- Minimum 3 Years' Experience in Family Practice/Primary Care
- Licensure: Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in practice state
- Certifications: Family Nurse Practitioner, AHA or ARC Basic Life Support, and prescription-writing authority
- Knowledge: Workplace health and safety concepts, OSHA regulations, HIPAA, OSHAA, and clinical quality standards
- Skills: Strong computer skills, Electronic Medical Records (Athena), and problem-solving/ workflow management
