Role Overview:
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering essential daily nursing care and services to our residents. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the comfort and well-being of those in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer routine personal nursing care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Support residents during transfers, admissions, and discharges.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards while adhering to care plans and resident rights.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a 10th-grade education and current CPR certification.
  • Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in accordance with Colorado regulations.
  • Proof of vaccination as per state requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption.
  • Ability to pass both criminal and Colorado CAPS background checks.
  • Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and passing of the competency examination within the designated timeframe.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, along with the ability to move throughout the workday with a positive and patient demeanor.
