Program Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to lead our team in providing exceptional support services to troubled youth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

• Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year
• Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry and Record Management: Ensure accurate and timely recording of resident data, including medical contacts, counseling sessions, and progress reports.
• Service Coordination: Coordinate ancillary services for residents, including transportation to appointments and meetings.
• Case Management: Develop and implement individualized service plans for each resident, ensuring their educational, medical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to staff members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintenance of Confidentiality: Ensure all resident records are kept confidential and secure at all times.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with troubled youth and families.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
