Job Summary:

As a Registered Dietitian with LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in promoting wellness, maintaining current health, and intervening in acute or chronic illness. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary health team to provide quality clinical nutrition services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical nutrition therapy for all patients in accordance with providers' orders, hospital, and Clinical Nutrition Department policies.
  • Offer nutrition counseling and education to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • Less than 2 years of experience in clinical nutrition or a related field.
  • Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) certification.
  • MD Board of Dietetic Practice licensure.
