Concert Hall Attendant

Work as a key member of the Front of House (FOH) team at the Aspen Music Festival & School. As an FOH team, we are responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and safety to all AMFS patrons. The FOH team is comprised of eight members led by the Front of House & Venue Operations Manager and Assistant Front of House Manager. Our team is present for all open concerts, rehearsals, and events at our main performance venues in Colorado.

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with ticket scanning, greeting, and guiding patrons to their seats while addressing any audience conflict or misconduct.
• Help prepare each venue before every event by stocking program books and preparing entry points.
• Attend pre-event meetings with front of house staff to discuss each event's program and procedures.
• Notify and assist House Managers with any seating or Front of House issues that arise.
• Assist in managing parking operations on the Meadows Campus during AMFS open events.
