Counselor I

Are you passionate about group therapy and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others? We're seeking an Evening Counselor I to join our team at Groups Recover Together. As a key member of our cross-functional care team, you'll work collaboratively with prescribers, care navigators, peer recovery coaches, and office managers to deliver a holistic clinical model that fosters sustained recovery.

• Lead 2-3 group therapy sessions per week, building recovery skills and fostering community through our outlined curriculum.
• Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region, while developing your clinical skill set.
• Document members' progress using outcome measures and client feedback.
• Engage in community relations activities, promoting Groups and its mission through brochure distribution and written materials.
• Attend and participate in community meetings related to substance abuse and addiction topics.

• An active IN behavioral health license.
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
• Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
