Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Contract RN. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency room settings and be able to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care to a mainly geriatric population through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Direct and guide patient teaching, activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
Maintain and update clinical knowledge and skills.
Participate in relevant continuing education programs.
Requirements:
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) Certification
Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
Minimum two years RN Emergency Room experience
Active unencumbered RN California state license
Graduated from a fully accredited RN program
One year of Epic experience
TNCC Certification
