Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to join our team at Brookdale Lake Highlands, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. As a Charge Nurse LVN/LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality care of our residents.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description

The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, overseeing the delivery of quality care to our residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Coordinating with medical professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Brookdale's policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive support services to residents
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • A valid LPN or LVN license
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a senior living or healthcare setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
