Responsibilities- Assess and plan individualized patient care to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Implement and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
- Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- CPR certification
- Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances
- Certification in area of specialty (preferred)
