Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular monitoring and patrolling of the premises to ensure the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances, taking appropriate measures to maintain order and safeguard individuals and property.
  • Perform routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and parking areas to identify and mitigate any security risks or safety concerns.
  • Implement community policies and procedures, including access control and visitor screening, to uphold a secure environment.
  • Assist and support residents and staff as needed, including providing escorts and responding to service requests.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as required to address security issues and incidents.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent observation and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to ethical standards and respect for the rights and dignity of others.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and conduct security patrols for extended periods.
