Rental Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to join our team at U.S. Shoring & Equipment Co. in Euless, TX. As a key member of our rental and sales department, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating our rental and sales business, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient operations.

• Execute the contract process, including opening, closing, and fulfillment of rental/sales contracts.
• Billing customers for service, repair, and damages in a timely manner.
• Assist in customer account collections when needed.
• Obtain customer signatures via DocuSign, certificate of insurance per RMS requirements.
• Open work orders for rental preparation or rental return.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain customer communications for the rental/sales department.
• Assist counter in the rental process when needed.

• Associate Degree in Business Management preferred but experience will be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of communications technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, expedite, follow through to completion with attention to details.
• Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
