Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Aviation Development Infrastructure team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of infrastructure projects, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure that projects meet their requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business cases and project plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
