We are seeking experienced Pediatric Private Duty Nurses to join our team at Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide specialized care to patients in the Charleston, SC area.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, and G-tubes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  • Document patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to care plans as necessary.
Requirements
  • Valid SC Nursing license or Compact License
  • Successfully pass a background check
  • Current American Heart Association approved CPR Certification
  • 1 year of experience as an RN or LPN (Preferred)
