Job Summary

CNC Mill Operator needed for a dynamic and innovative manufacturing company. We are a leading steel, metal, and plastics manufacturer who build and produce complex and intricate products for a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate late model CNC milling machines according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Interpret and apply blueprint dimensions to ensure accurate and precise manufacturing.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Meet production schedules and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and complete detailed reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in setup and operation of CNC milling machines.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply blueprint dimensions.
  • Strong understanding of measuring instruments and tools.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 40 and 50 taper and horizontal milling machines.
  • Proficiency in conversational and G-Code programming.
  • Experience with piece work and production planning.
  • Familiarity with Hurco and Doosan milling machines.
