We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Shuttle Bus Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services for our senior residents at Independence Village. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our residents.

• Transportation Services: Safely transport senior residents to and from various destinations, utilizing a shuttle bus or similar vehicle.
• Assistance and Support: Assist residents with getting on and off the bus, utilizing the appropriate and safest mode for assistance, including the use of lifts, ambulation, and/or physical transfer.
• Logistics and Scheduling: Complete bus trip logs and maintain a clean and organized schedule to ensure efficient and productive transportation services.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the bus, and complete daily inspection logs at the beginning of each trip.
• Teamwork and Communication: Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless transportation services.

• Experience: 3 years of experience driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

This position requires standing for long periods of time and involves occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. The work environment is moderate, with occasional travel to different locations required.
